Byron is definitely a one in a million realtor. If you are seeking honesty and expertise in the realty industry, he is the guy for you.  I am a very difficult sort of customer to impress, especially when it comes to the house shopping process.  I sometimes thought my standards were too high, but Byron is certainly someone who knew how to exceed my expectations.  His knowledge of design, good and bad house building practices, and even best traffic routes for locations totally blew me away.  His honesty and integrity go hand in hand when it comes to helping you find a home.  I really admired when he showed me the positives and negatives of each location I thought was good for me. Byron shops for a home as if it were his own, but within my parameters as a customer. I was so picky about my colors, my kitchen type, bathroom type, etc.  He truly showed me houses I was interested in! I sometimes felt he was reading my mind - maybe he does have telepathy skills and he just does not tell you. :) This is very rare as most realtors sell you the stuff they just want to get rid of!  He takes exceptional care and shows a lot of pride in his work, which he ought to!  Byron has a wonderful personality, and has an extreme sense of dedication to the customer.  I can't say enough good things about Byron.  It almost made me disappointed when I did finally find my home as I could no longer spend time with him.  He is just a awesome guy.  Byron, I give you 10 stars out of 5 for all you did.  Thank you for exceeding my expectations as a customer and all my friends are getting referrals to you.  Home buyers, if you are reading my testimonial, what are you waiting for?  Just call or email him.  He gets back to you right away.  Byron is the best choice in a realtor you will ever make.
